It generates genuinely 1:1 email content for every customer—referencing what they actually bought, when they bought it, and your live product catalog—then writes that content directly into Klaviyo profile properties so any flow or campaign can use it. Connect Klaviyo with one-click OAuth, answer a handful of questions about your brand’s voice, and preview real personalized copy for your actual customers before anything sends. Approve it, and it pushes to every profile in your segment. Setup takes under five minutes. Under the hood it runs on AWS Bedrock (Claude), so customer data is never used to train models, stays encrypted end to end, and isn’t retained. It powers winback, abandoned cart, product launch, and subscription flows for ecommerce brands on Shopify and Klaviyo.
